Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and execution of the organization’s Compensation and Benefits (C&B) strategy. This position plays a critical role in designing, implementing, and overseeing processes, procedures, and guidelines to ensure alignment with organizational goals and market standards.
- Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive C&B strategies, frameworks, and policies.
- Oversee processes related to labor cost budgeting, incentive plan design, payroll operations, and HR administration.
- Collaborate with payroll and HR administration teams across multiple countries to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in C&B, labor cost budgeting, incentive plan development, payroll, and HR administration within an international manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in managing and collaborating with payroll and HR administration teams across different countries.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
- Exceptional people management skills combined with a process-oriented mindset.
