Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the implementation and management of the organization’s HR Integrated System (HRIS) and drive the standardization and continuous improvement of HR processes. This role is instrumental in designing and delivering strategic programs and tools to enhance employee development and engagement across the organization.
- Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and management of the HR Integrated System (HRIS).
- Drive the standardization and continuous improvement of critical HR processes.
- Develop, implement, and monitor strategic programs and tools aimed at fostering employee growth and engagement.
- Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience across various HR functions, including Compensation and Benefits, within large international organizations.
- Proven expertise in designing and standardizing HR processes.
- Extensive knowledge of and experience with implementing and managing HRIS.
- Fluency in English and a strong track record of collaborating with HR teams across multiple countries.
