Job Summary:
The Business Analyst – Collaboration and Workplace Tools will play a key role in improving efficiency and the effective use of digital tools across the organization. This role will focus on driving adoption, optimizing processes, and exploring new capabilities within tools such as Microsoft 365, Copilot, and other workplace solutions. A key aspect of this role is clear and engaging communication—helping teams understand and embrace technology through training, presentations, and written materials. The ideal candidate will be proactive, enthusiastic, and skilled in both technology and stakeholder engagement.
- Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between business users and IT, understanding needs and translating them into technology solutions.
- Promote the adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot, and other collaboration tools to improve efficiency.
- Attend meetings to identify pain points and propose ways to optimize workflows using technology.
- Research and explore new digital workplace capabilities, assessing their potential impact.
- Provide engaging training sessions, workshops, and presentations to support adoption.
- Develop clear and compelling communication materials, such as guidelines, best practices, and internal updates.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring employees feel confident using collaboration tools.
- Analyze feedback and usage data to drive continuous improvement.
- Work with IT and business teams to ensure alignment between tools and business objectives.

- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, OneDrive, Power Automate).
- Map business needs & recommend appropriate technology solutions.
- Experience in training & change management related to digital workplace tools.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, able to communicate technical concepts in an engaging and accessible way.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.

- Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, IT consulting, or workplace technology.
- Proven experience in delivering engaging presentations and training sessions.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and digital workplace transformation is a plus.
