Purpose:
Developing and implementing process strategies, managing process resources, optimizing current processes in order to maintain production efficiency to reduce costs – being the owner of the designated process
- Key Responsibilities
- Assess existing processes
- Develop process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates – work in team with Continuous Improvement Process Department (CIP)
- Conducting risk assessments
- Design and test process updates and new process systems
- Ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards
- Performing process simulations and problem solving
- Performing CIP optimization and generating return on investment (ROI) for Capex
- Developing routines and best practices to ensure product quality
- Development of standardized operating instructions for the update process.
- Providing the product manager with process documents and standard operating procedures
- Qualification
- Education
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Other required skills
- Experience in process simulations and standard operating procedures
- Ability to analyze and synthesize
- Advanced technical skills
- Project management ability
- High-level knowledge of process engineering software systems
- Experience working with CAD, AutoCAD, ProEng etc
