- Key responsibilities:
- prepare design documentation for railcars, i.e. drawings, technical and tender specifications, and measurement sheets
- supervise the design of prototypes
- provide design support during railcar production
- Our requirements (ideal candidate):
- higher education in mechanics - preferred fields of study: Mechanical Engineering or related fields
- good general technical knowledge of mechanics, metallurgy, basic machine design and material strength
- computer skills in CAD design
- good knowledge of English and/or German – willing to participate in company language courses to improve communication skills
- goal-oriented, able to plan his/her work effectively
