- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive recruitment processes for production and specialist jobs.
- Cooperate with managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Search for candidates, select, and interview candidates using various recruitment methods.
- Update and manage the candidate database and recruitment systems (ATS).
- Coordinate recruitment activities, inter alia publish job advertisements, organize interviews and tests.
- Build positive relationships with candidates and create a positive experience during the recruitment process.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives, such as job fairs, and cooperation with universities.
- Conduct pre-onboarding and onboarding processes (including initial training)
- Monitor recruitment indicators and proposing improvements.
- Ensure that recruitment activities comply with internal company policies and labor law.
- Our requirements (ideal candidate)
- At least 3 years of experience in HR.
- Higher education (preferably in HR/Psychology, Sociology)
- English language skills at least B1/B2
- Knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of ATS systems and recruitment tools.
- Ability to organize one’s work and solve problems.
- Experience in working with headhunting companies
- Good knowledge of the Labor Code and current regulations
- Ability to interpret labor law and apply it in practice
- Knowledge of basic HR indicators and ability to analyze them
