- Key responsibilities:
- support the Company's Legal and Compliance Department;
- draft and analyze legal documentation (contracts, powers of attorney, internal regulations) and prepare draft legal analyses – under the supervision of a legal advisor
- monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the Company's operations;
- comprehensively manage document circulation and storage;
- KYC process
- provide support in the management of Compliance policies, conduct investigations, training;
- provide administrative support for the Legal and Compliance Department, including monitoring deadlines, maintaining a project schedule, preparing presentations and memos
- Our requirements (ideal candidate):
- trainee legal advisor, legal faculty graduate, possibly a last-year law school student
- very good knowledge of commercial law, labor law, administrative law, willing to specialize in international law;
- 1-2 years experience in a similar position or in the legal department of a company or law firm providing services to business entities in the area of commercial law;
- fluent English is essential (for communication and to prepare legal documents in English);
- good knowledge of German would be an asset;
- accuracy, responsibility and commitment, independence in performing assigned tasks;
- ability to think logically and express oneself clearly and precisely;
- ability to work in a team
