The technologist will be involved in technological and production related processes. He/she will cooperate with the Design Office and Purchasing, Quality Assurance, Tooling, and Occupational Health and Safety Departments.
- Key responsibilities:
- coordinate and optimize production processes
- analyze existing processes in terms of performance and efficiency
- initiate and coordinate activities in the implementation of new processes
- participate in the design of new products
- conduct and organize employee training
- improve processes in terms of cost reduction
- Our requirements (ideal candidate):
- higher technical education - a combination of mechanical engineering and machine construction with management and production engineering is desirable
- knowledge of principles for technological process development
- knowledge of internal logistics principles
- knowledge of optimization methods for production process, e.g., value stream mapping, Lean Manufacturing, etc.
- good knowledge of English - willing to participate in company language courses to improve language skills
- ability to work independently as well as in a team
- professional experience as a process engineer/technologist is desirable
