- Key Responsibilities
- Service computer hardware and IT equipment used by end users
- Support end users in Europe
- Install software on users' hardware
- Support end users' mobile devices (phones, tablets)
- Supervise the monitoring system
- Purchase hardware for users in Poland and Europe
- Account for IT purchases
- Our requirements (ideal candidate)
- Secondary education, higher education desired
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
- Communicative English
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
- Basic knowledge of MFA, MS Defender, MS InTune, and BitLocker configuration
- Good knowledge of MS Office 365
- Knowledge of CISCO CallManager
