The technologist will be involved in technological and production-related processes. He/she will cooperate with the Design Office and Purchasing, Quality Assurance, Tooling, and Occupational Health and Safety Departments.
- Key responsibilities:
- creating technical drawings based on knowledge of design drawings and applicble technological processes
- analyzing existing processes in terms of performance and efficiency
- coordinating and optimizing production processes
- initiating and coordinating activities related to the implementation of new processes
- participating in the design of new product processes
- improving processes in terms of cost reduction
- Our requirements:
- ability to draw in CAD programs, e.g. Solid Edge, SolidWorks
- higher technical education – machine construction technology
- knowledge of the principles of technological process design (ability to predict technological allowances, e.g. for machining, weld shrinkage)
- knowledge of production process optimization methods, e.g., value stream mapping, Lean Manufacturing, etc.
- good knowledge of English – willingness to improve foreign language skills in company courses
- ability to plan your own work and work in a team
- professional experience as a technologist is desired
