Job summary
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Welder to join our team in the construction of freight rail wagons. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding heavy steel components and working from technical drawings.
- Key responsibilities
- Weld and assemble metal components used in the construction of freight wagons.,
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and welding specifications,
- Operate welding equipment (MIG, MAG, TIG, etc.) with precision and safety,
- Inspect welds and structures to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards,
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to meet project deadlines,
- Maintain welding tools and equipment in proper working condition,
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear.
- Your profile
- Proven experience as a welder, preferably in heavy industry or rail vehicle manufacturing,
- Proficiency in MIG/MAG welding techniques,
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings,
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality,
- Physical fitness and ability to work in industrial environments.
